The SATAN book is out of print and has been for a couple of years. I do not know why
someone would still be interested in it - it is severely outdated, and as my first book was not very good. Anyway,
you might try abebooks or some such site to look for a used copy.
PCElm is no longer supported. Both Wolfgang Siebeck and I have moved on to different things. If you acquired your
copy through Demon Internet Services in the UK, please look there for support. I have heard that there is a group
of people still using (and maybe tweaking) it in the UK.
If you use if for amateur radio purposes, you will have to experiment.
If enough people are interested I can post the source here, but be warned that the source is not for the faint of heart,
having been coded in the time of TurboC, inline assembler and when people thought software engineering was for wimps.
